Pre Approval for The Purchase of A Home
Prior to buying a home I can pre-approve you. The loan application is best if done in person which will take about one hour. We will then submit the application to a lender and in most cases we will receive a loan approval in 1 day. This will put you in the best possible position when negotiating on the purchase of your home. In essence you will be ready to "close" subject to an acceptable appraisal and title.
